Order Cancellation

You may send a cancellation request to [email protected]. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange. You can initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected].

What You Can Return or Exchange

  • Products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Complete sets (e.g., bedsheet with pillow covers) must be returned together.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Manufacturing defect identified.
  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Product doesn’t meet expectations (within policy period).

Time & Proof Requirements

  • Damage/Wrong Product:  Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video as proof.
  • Return/Exchange Request:  Must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to process damage or defect-related claims.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Products matching the order exactly (correct orders).
  • Returns requested beyond the 3-day period.
  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items.
  • Customized products (such as logo embroidery, personalized items, or special sizes).
  • Non-returnable categories: Pillows, carpets, and other hygiene-related products.

Note: For cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, PLATINA INDIA will bear all delivery and return shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Charges

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days after the returned merchandise reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

  • Prepaid orders :  Refunded directly to the original payment account.
  • COD orders :  Refunded via NEFT transfer (please share your bank details).

Refunds may take 2–3 additional business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

Important Notice

Customized or made-to-order products (including special sizes and logo embroidery) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
PLATINA INDIA reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the product does not meet our return conditions.
